As I am limited to the amount of words, I’ll only inform you of the most egregious issue. Our room’s heat was blowing cold air. The nice hotel “engineer” came to try to fix it. He was unable to do so; therefore, he said he would tell the front desk to change our room. I received a call from the manager who said they were having difficulty finding a room so asked if extra blankets would be enough. I said absolutely not. I then looked online and rooms were still available for that night, it was around 9 p.m. So I went back to the reception desk. The manager gave me a different room. The older man at the desk, who had previously been quite rude to me, actually told me that they didn’t want to give me a room in case someone wanted to check in and now they had 2 rooms they couldn’t use. This was such unacceptable behavior. Upon check out, I asked for a printed receipt. They had charged me an extra $50 per night plus tax totaling to $113 overcharge. The nice young man at the reception desk put in a credit. He said it would take a few days to post, but he gave me a receipt documenting the credit. A delay in the credit makes no sense as they took the overpayment immediately. Please take heed to all low reviews, it might make you consider different lodging.
