This area is one developed by Big Oil, there are no bike lanes, saw 1 bike in 3 days. There is almost No public transit. Saw 1 bus in 3 days. There are many miles of roads that go by undeveloped land, but there is a lot of traffic for the population of the area. Just what the oil company’s want. At the Wyndham where we stayed in Lake Charles, La prior to our stay In Lafayette, La had a full-service breakfast and freshly baked cookies.
