    The time-gate is basically researching 4 lines a year, which can be done concurrently. So as long as you are resetting 4 a year and eventually finishing them, you are on track. I haven't missed a victory season yet. IMHO Also I really don't think the Research Bureau is for those with less than 10 or 15 lines, even though it opens up with 5 lines.
