The floor in the bathroom wasn't clean. The shower, shower walls and curtain was dirty. We had three people in the room and there was only two towels. No towel mat. The breakfast was poor. The eggs were watery and cold and the breakfast potatoes were hard. And there was an unhappy employee that apparently had to come in on her day off and was talking on her phone with the speaker on loudly about how she hates her job. Over all I wouldn't recommend

My wife left behind some jewelry in our room and after calling the front desk the person went up to our room and retrieved the items and is going to mail them to our home. It was greatly appreciated and we would recommend this hotel to all.

I enjoyed walking to Verizon for an extra charger for my iwatch. I love love the Starbucks being walking distance and their customer service. There's a Panera, Aldi Grocery Store, Mod Pizza, Chipotle, and Panda Express in 1 minute walking distance. So many choices to go for a quick bit and go. Awesome location. I would stay again.

Everything is right at your finger tips! We needed distilled water for my husband's cpap machine and Giant was right next door. I needed a special shampoo for my hair and Target was just down the street. We were here for my husband's 55th. It was perfect distance to Medieval Times for celebration. Don't waste your money eating next door at HipHop Chicken! It is flavorless!

Good morning, Last weekend June 14 through June 16 I stayed at your hotel in Glenburnie Baltimore Maryland. I checked in at 8 PM and was sent to room 127. Once I got to the room I saw they had been dried up throw up on the side of the bed. I went down to the front desk and reported it asking them to please switch my room. I was switched to room 235. That room seem to have been clean But the air-conditioner did not work. For the entire weekend it was extremely uncomfortable and hot. Sunday morning I went down for breakfast and The bathroom and pool area was trashed. Dirty diapers in the bathroom stalls, toilet paper and cans of soda everywhere. I came down for vacation and this was not a pleasant experience for me. I was informed to reach out to corporate and let them know about my experience. The bed was very comfortable. The room, very spacious. It felt clean and smelled clean. I was there after a terrible stay at another chain and Hampton went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I was taken care of. The housekeeping did not obnoxiously knock on the door very early and we were just allowed time to relax and it was great.
