Facility and staff was fine. Beds were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in. Pool was down for repair which is why I chose this hotel on our trip. Pillows were tiny and felt like a balled up towel in a pillowcase.

The cleanliness of this hotel has declined since our last stay approximately 3 years ago. Had a slightly unsafe gut feeling this time, but didn’t have any actual safety issues arise. Door security bar lock did not seem strong enough.

I wouldn’t recommend this facility
Old facility, not very clean, we used a Hugh amount of Lysol. The sheets did not fit the bed. We were there for a funeral, and would notate stayed a minute longer, but it was too late to look for another accommodation

I've stayed here for years while visiting family & it has gotten really ran down, dirty & people hanging around that act like they are strung out on drugs. I was not comfortable & it's a real shame because not many choices around that area for lodging :(

Disappointing
The hotel is in terrible condition. Very run down and in need of repair, I’m honesty surprised if it even has insurance. Looked like people living there, cooking in rooms, etc. The pool has water in it but a signed that said closed, no explanation. Not that I would have wanted to get in it. My 3 year old had bites all over her in the morning, we didn’t but she did so really not sure what that is but she was in the other bed. We didn’t see any bugs so maybe just mosquito? The room was ok but hotel was rough. The desk clerk was nice and no problem there. Housekeeping started at 8 am.

The entire hotel smelled like Pot. Although the lady at the front desk was accommodating and tried to fix It this Hotel needs a complete Renovation. Says nothing about the Pool being closed .. super dirty we wound up booking elsewhere.

They have had a pool that they have diligently working on 6 months at that point just say you don't have a pool. I saw reviews about the pools being out over 4 months ago 100 degree day no pool yet A national chain can do better. Breakfast a few cookies n cold coffee. Cmon really

Pool was closed, tv did not work. The room we reserved they did not have. They put us in a king with two roll away beds. One of the roll away beds was missing a leg. The only good thing I would have to say is the lady that checked us is was very friendly.

We checked out a day early due to the unsanitary conditions of the room, pool being shut down in definetly and the loud activity in the parking lot. Staff did not question why we left and it seemed like a regular occurrence.

I didn't like the fact that the Pool was advertised as OPEN and it was CLOSED. As you came into the building the moldy/chlorine smell was very very prominent. Almost stopped me from staying there. The carpet in room 104 was all tore up at the entrance, the tub had mold around the seams and we had to get a replacement for the TV, speakers blew up. Things I liked, the beds were good and the front desk clerk, Danielle I think, was very, very polite and helpful. Super nice lady.

It is very clean, nice furniture and bedding. It was a very comfortable bed, very nice staff, and delicious breakfast the next morning. And it is extremely affordable. Will stay again. This was our second stay. So very pleased.
