Just returned back from our little 2 night stay , my husband and I have actually stayed at this hotel before couple yrs previously and chose this hotel again purely on location not to mention cheapest we could find in the area for dates we wanted . Walking in its a grand foyer area with all the marble , lovely clean fresh smell which I remember from last time , we were lucky enough to have a room with a fantastic view right infront of Tower Bridge, the rooms are lovely and spacious though little dated odd mark on the wall here n there but very clean , the bed was so comfortable and huge , again bathroom was clean with bath and shower which was really good water pressure on the shower. The staff for room service were all friendly n polite so credit to the hotel for lovely cleaners, we must of met / passed by about 8 of them and they all spoke good morning and smiles . There's little kettle and tea/ coffee in the room which is topped up daily , a hair dryer and a huge TV We didn't actually eat at the hotel as there's plenty of restaurants near by and a little 24hr tesco just round the corner for daily paper, would definitely stay here again

My daughter and I had a lovely one night stay. We got to use the spa facilities before we checked in and had a relaxing few hours. Our room was very comfortable and quite spacious. We also had the best view of St Paul’s which was a lovely surprise! The staff at reception were super friendly and we were sent a complimentary tray of drinks up to our room! All in all, a lovely stay!
