Very nice place to visit If I had more time I would probably be a little bit more adventurous but when it’s business, I pretty much stay close to the room or whenever I’m doing business I’m at the facility.

Lot's of sightseeing around Flagstaff...such as the Sunset Crater Volcano...pretty cool to see the lava streams. The Meteor crater is also worth exploring and lots more such as Grand Canyon. If you like hiking I'd recoommend to buy an annual NATIONAL PARK PASS for ony $80.-...considering Grand Canyon is $35.- entry and other parks are about $25.- you get your money back in a couple of days.

The location of the hotel was ok.
The location of the hotel was ok. Would I book it again, probably no. We’ve arrived a bit late and the dinner plus drinks didn’t meet the criteria of the charges. Therefore, sit by the fire pit, but bring your own food and drinks because the restaurant inside will absolutely rip you off. Hotel itself had pretty friendly and helpful staff.

On Interstate 40, high in the mountains, cool in summer, skying in winter, good college, all the amenities of a city. One the way to Grand Canyon, great place to stop and make sure you have everything you need.

Flagstaff is a nice place to visit, but being a university town, and the Snow Bowl attraction, causes it to be very expensive. Housing, lodging are comparatively over priced compared to out lying areas.

Unless I was just in a bad part due to where I needed to be...
Unless I was just in a bad part due to where I needed to be for my bus to Albuquerque, it’s basically an industrial town with not much to do. It’s like a massive truck stop. Definitely not worth visiting.
I needed a room for a night and I was with my dog. I got what I needed! They charged me 25$ pet fee for one night. My friend who stayed more nights with her pet was charged 25$ for each night. It would be nice to have a surcharge for the stay and not each single night since the the room is cleaned once only (unless damage is done, of course). The hotel is close to pretty much anything in Flagstaff. The train is right across the street, so if you do not like noise, then another place might be better.
Rooms and linens were clean and in good repair. Really enjoyed having decent in-room coffee for a change, it's Wolfgang Puck brand and it tastes soooo much better than the cheap crap we usually get at other hotels. Good location in Flagstaff, close to freeway access, and close to shopping and restaurants as well. We did not utilize the spa, but it looked nice and inviting. View from room was also good. Price was decent and noise levels were bearable.
The location was right downtown Flagstaff and close to everything. The hotel has character and wasn’t like a normal hotel. The staff was very nice. There were so many restaurants and sweets nearby and a cute shopping area. NAU was less than half a mile away too. The hotel had coffee and a restaurant in it as well. The upstairs bar was a cool place to visit even though we didn’t actually drink.
We used the Flagstaff location as a base for day trips to Grand Canyon, Sedona, Jerome and in town recovery day. The hotel had one of the nicest common areas with plenty of comfy chairs, couches and tables wrapped around a large fireplace. Great place to visit, read, play games, etc. Staff was great. Gave us lots of local eating ideas and recommendations on what to do in the area.
Our favorite part as a family was how professional the staff was at our welcome. It was a snowy icy evening, and the team was there helping us! We will choose this hotel again in the future as we travel through Flagstaff. The breakfast in the morning was completed right on time at 6am. We had a long day of travel when we woke up, and it was wonderful to have an included breakfast.
This is probably the best value for your money in the area. It is not a luxurious hotel (just a small room), but the room is clean and comfortable, and it is a great location in Flagstaff. Depending on what you are looking for, this is a great place to stay that is much more budget-friendly and you still feel you are in a clean, safe environment.
Excellent hotel in all meanings, very polite staff, very clean and comfortable, the pool is a plus. They have some sort of daily happy hour between 5 and 7 pm with some free drinks and delicious food, all included in your stay, really really cool. Good breakfast, only good things to say about this hotel.
- location right besides Route 66; 1 mile (walking distance) to Flagstaff downtown; close to Sedona and national parks but less pricy
- bright and spacious room with comfy beds
- friend and helpful staff (e.g., directions to downtown, breaking bad filming locations)
Comfortable beds, sheets, pillows. Fridge and microwave in room. Laundry onsite and you can get quarters from reception. Unlike most Flagstaff hotels this isn't across from the railway line so the train noise was pretty minimal - I slept very well.
Great price ! The room was a good size and clean comfortable beds. Nice location next to lots of food and stores and the downtown area. We were only there for one night but we will use this hotel the next time we drive through Arizona.
The hotel is conveniently located a short distance to a choice of restaurants; the room was large enough to accommodate the 4 of us comfortably; and breakfast was included, which is a plus when traveling with kids
We loved this hotel. It’s huge and it has nice facilities and a walking trail. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Not the cheapest option in Flagstaff but the property is well maintained and comfortable
I was placed at the end of the floor which gave me extra privacy. Went to their restaurant and the food was delicious. The room was a good size. The hotel felt homey.
I love this hotel. I always book this hotel when I am in Flagstaff. I love their layout, the rooms are always nice and the staff so friendly and helpful.
Location in Flagstaff is nice. Easy drive to Grand Canyon. Trying hard to be a stylish and luxurious hotel but the rooms and service are not at that level
Great hotel in Flagstaff. The staff were very helpful and the room was clean. We appreciated the breakfast and pool facilities. We would stay here again.
