Miles motel: dirty room in disrepair, broken fixtures, dirty a/c, bike pump stolen out of back of my covered truck, toilet didn't work properly, looked at mattress under the bottom sheet and it was gross, theoretically there was internet but didn't work. I paid a little over a $100 for one night and it might have been tolerable at $25. Many units occupied by long term residents.

Even though my credit card was billed when I checked it, the hotel made a second charge for the full amount plus $25. It took over a week for the second charge to be removed. The hotel said it was not its fault that the second charge took so long to be removed and that I needed to contact my bank. This was unacceptable.

Used to live here and have family living here still.
Used to live here and have family living here still. Used to stay with family when I visited but decided to stay at a motel instead. Chose this location due to where it was because it was close to family events. Also loved that it was close to the freeway. Walmart was close by along with fast food places. There were other attractions close by, but I came for family reasons, so I didn't explore any of those this trip.

Mesa is different.
Mesa is different. Depending on the kind of life you have, some may hate it. It's a place where it's hard to survive. Alot of homeless, it's hard to get into a rental so if you plan on moving here....buy a house. There are nice parts to mesa but when your on a budget and waiting to close on a house, you have to stay in the rough part of town, which is fine for me but even I had some run ins with some men when I first got here and I was like "did you really just come up to me and say that?". I hate the desert though. I'm a minnesota girl. You can't get better than the forest and all the lakes.

Management is the worst 10 minutes in they will have you escorted off the premises no matter how many confirmation numbers or emails you show them, they will have you banned for a whole year as well and including all your guests! Until the manager is fired I won't rest until she's finally off their payroll! #Justiceforthemanythatweretrespassedwhilehavingproofofbooking this is the venture on main by the way!

We needed a clean room for the night and we got what we needed.
The room was comfortable and we had a good night's rest. The area was very quiet. The front office man was very welcoming and showed us where to park and where to eat dinner.
There was no breakfast. I travelled for more than 25 years all over the USA and Canada and this place was 10 times worse than the worst Motel 6. I am planning to contact Mesa City Council or similar. That license should be revoked. We booked
almost one full week, but moved out after one night. I asked for a refund and was told to deal with Booking.com in that regard. Owner or Manager is East Indian and pretends to not understand english. Before we moved out I asked for another room. Was told there is no other room.
I liked the location as it was close to the Mesa Performing Arts Theater.
The Customer Service friendly and exceptional every time and every way.
I requested a room with Roll in Shower in Mesa location, room 122 to be exact…the only suggestion I have is to make some improvements to the bathroom. The toilet seat does not fit the toilet base and there is no place to keep personal items if you are staying several nights.
I hope you take notice and make it more user friendly.
It was a perfect stay for us, the property was very clean and comfortable for us. We each had our own bathrooms, kitchen etc. just like being at home. The grounds were beautiful and we took advantage of one of the 5 pools and hot tubs each day. The host was very pleasant and available any time of day.
Theresa gave us helpful info as far as restaurants and other services. We will stay there again next time we go down to Mesa AZ.
The size of the room was super. Beds were very comfortable. The swimming pool area was beautiful with a separate bathtub. The staffs were very friendly. A complementary computer with printer is available at the lobby and is very convenient. Parking is free. The location is perfect and many restaurants are available around. I will definitely come back. Excellent hotel.
The rooms are a good size for two double beds, quiet hotel with little noise. Beds very comfortable and despite the bathroom not looking very nice the shower was warm and powerful. Good coffee making facilities. Nice to have an iron and hairdryer in the room. Air con worked well.
They don’t provide breakfast. The room was pretty spartan but very functional. My husband liked the cubby’s provided for stowing gear. The bed was comfortable. There is no homey feeling to the room but it was a decent price especially considering other hotels in the area.
Beautiful hotel. Amazing pool with towels.. Hot tub clean and warm.. Restaurant on site with bar and food.. Staff very friendly and helpful.. Rooms are immaculate and have a kitchenette and large bathroom.. The bed was massive and very ornate.. I would recommend highly
The room was clean an comfortable. The location of the hotel was good because it was near a mall I think that was the good part about it. Breakfast was also ok. Not much varieties as it showed on the website for the hotel. Staff not as helpful an not greetful as well.
The hotel was really clean and the bathrooms were really clean nothing smelled funny. That's actually really important to me. I hate it when you go to a hotel and the pillows smell like they haven't been washed or they're holding onto the oils from people's heads.
Excellent hotel (for the American standards), spacious room, clean, nice bathroom, very good bed (mattress). Receptionist was very helpful solving our booking issue (as was Booking.com hot line as well!).
While the hotel is a bit "tired" in appearance (except for the outside areas), it is in a great location for visiting our family, great breakfast options, reasonable rates and a very helpful staff.
