We were very excited about staying with our 3 children.
We were very excited about staying with our 3 children. We booked a suite, but when booking we were not informed that half the water park was closed. We were extremely disappointed. As it was a non refundable purchase. Also unaware of the construction going on. We were so confused on how to get to the other part of the resort. We were walking through parts of the hallways with work being done. We were told we couldn't. When asked for help on how to get to our room the gentlemen couldn't direct us . We did enjoy the outside pool. The rooms were clean, the shower had nice hot water. We visited the restaurant and the food was really good. Maybe when renovations are over will have a better experience.

Having stayed in several places in Cape Cod during four visits to the area, I wouldn't stay in Hyannis again. We stayed to be near the ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. It doesn't have the charm of other villages and towns nearby. There are a few good shops though but excellent accommodation is hard to find there.

Hotels and restaurants and shops were all within a short distance from one another. Many things to do in Hyannis (we've been going there for years). Kennedy museum is a must and the beach at the Kennedy memorial is beautiful. Ferry service to the islands is right there and convenient. Just a beautiful place to visit.

Hyannis is a great town next to the sea with ferries leaving for Marthas Vineyard and Nantucket. The bars and restaurants are excellent. The parks are good. JfK dominates the town so plenty of history around.

Nice and central location at Cape Cod.
Nice and central location at Cape Cod. You can enjoy the beaches, walking through "downtown" Hyannis, along the harbor Side. There is a large Shopping mall just outside Hyannis.
But Main Street is the best place to strawl along and shop whatever you need. Restaurants for different budgets are available.
We might come again.

A good location from which to explore Cape Cod.
A good location from which to explore Cape Cod. Were able to do a number of day trips - Martha's Vineyard, Provincetown. Also time to visit a beach or two. A short drive from Boston Airport and so very accessible.
Enjoyed dinner in both Hyannis and Provincetown and enjoyed a nice breakfast as the golf course after getting off the Ferry to Martha's Vineyard
The location was great at the Holiday Inn! The rooms were very small, the bathrooms were nicely remodeled, the bed very comfortable. You can hear every voice in the hallway, or rooms next to you, making it very noisy at night sometimes.
The bar was nice, the restaurant not real nice.
The hotel was in close proximity to many good restaurants, also drug stores, department store, etc. You definately need a car!
Room was impeccably clean, spacious, enough storage, comfortable table to have a meal or do work. It is very close to the ferry, very close to many nice places for dinner. We stayed for one night so we can go to Nantucket early morning and I already booked this place for the next weekend for other activities that Cape offers. And very important - the front desk was very helpful!
Very polite staff, quick easy check in, the rooms were roomy and cute and the aesthetic of the hotel was very cape cod summer vibes. Most importantly too it smelt nice and there was fresh air in the room(if you’ve stayed at other hotels with a similar cheap price you know how rare this is)
The room was comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel was exactly where we were hoping it would be. The facility was such that we stayed in a Comfort Inn on our trip to Chicago. As we'd been comfortable at this location, it was worth trying another.
Hotel is beautiful, clean and well-maintained. My room was larger than expected and everything looked brand new. Even the hotel corridors were lovely. Lots of attention to detail. I would definitely recommend to others and will most assuredly come back!
Spacious apartment, well-equipped kitchen area, very convenient parking. There's a supermarket next door and a great breakfast / lunch diner across the road.
Fairly easy drive to the beaches and centre of Hyannis.
Good base for exploring Cape Cod.
The location is great, and the staffs are friendly. The breakfast is simple with Some pastries no hot food. The coffee could be better. The bathroom is small and old. Overall a good hotel for the price in the cape cod area.
Raj, the owner, was phenomenal! I was their first booking of the year so I had the hotel to myself.
The room was large, clean , affordable, fast wifi, hot water, kitchenette, and perfect location!
Excellent location, only a few yards from Main Street and the harbour. Average/poor breakfast, but included in room rate. Free parking. Deli across the road, but a short distance to wine/beer shop.
Our room had a balcony and a beautiful view on the harbour. The location of the hotel is perfect since there is only a 5 minute-walk to everything : ferries, restaurants, etc.
The room was spacious, and we loved the bathroom. Very clean there.
The hotel itself was lovely, quaint but good environment.
Staff was friendly and attentive to our needs
